This vision is based on a prophetic reading of Scripture, particularly Psalm 2, verse 8:Ask me, and I will make the nations your heritage, the ends of the earth your possession.. » This biblical promise constitutes one of the spiritual foundations of the International Conference of Elite Women (ICEW), whose ambition is to train a Christian female elite capable of exerting a positive and lasting influence on the development of nations.

From this perspective, CIFE works to strengthen women's capacities so they can effectively contribute to the economic, social, and cultural progress of their countries. Through training, exchange, and learning workshops, it supports them in several strategic areas, including entrepreneurship, crafts, information technology, multimedia, languages, agri-food, and aesthetics. In less than two years, CIFE has demonstrated its ability to unite women from diverse backgrounds, generate a lasting impact, and offer them concrete opportunities for empowerment and development. With a structured organization, a clear vision, and a constantly expanding dynamic, it is laying the groundwork for an influence destined to extend nationally and then regionally.

For Patricia Yoka, the elite Christian woman also has a role to play in supporting public authorities, particularly in the implementation of sectoral policies, while remaining guided by the teachings of Holy Scripture. "If the spirit of a nation is not prosperous, it means that the Church established within that nation is not prosperous either. The Church must rediscover its prophetic calling: to bring souls back to Christ and lead the entire nation to Christ," she affirms.

In her view, the spiritual salvation of the nation is the foundation for a comprehensive transformation. “If Congo is saved, the entire nation is saved. Prophetically, economically, politically, and socially, the nation can then achieve stability and fully embrace its destiny,” she maintains. CIFE: A PLATFORM WITH WOMEN AND NATIONS SERVICE

Organized every two years in collaboration with various components of the Body of Christ, the International Conference of Women Elites (CIFE) has gradually established itself as a leading forum dedicated to reflection, training, and mobilization of Christian women committed to transforming their societies. The first CIFE was held in 2018 around the theme "Building Nations of Reference," inspired by Psalm 2, verse 8. In accordance with its biennial schedule, a new edition was planned for 2020. However, this was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which severely disrupted the organization of major international events.

More than just a conference, CIFE defines itself as a strategic platform for reflection, training, and action on the contribution of Christian women and, more broadly, women in general, to the development and governance of nations. Its ambition is to awaken in participants a renewed awareness of their role in society, to strengthen their self-esteem, and to support them in fulfilling their potential. 5,000 women trained. 1,200 certified.
